I want to sink three point shots and dunk and I need help?

So I have been playing basketball for three years and I'm 5 foot 6 and I'm a girl. I have three years left of basketball and my last year I want to be the best. I want to be able to sink three point shots and maybe If it is physically possible, collapse the board. What training will I need? I'm very dedicated and I am willing to work at this for three more years so help?

given that your a 5ft 6in girl, i doubt you will ever be able to dunk....but anyone can get better at shooting....tell your coach the goals you have and make sure that your form is solid first and foremost....then you just need to practice your shot everyday(it helps when you have someone to rebound for you)....
